Requirement
Granule Requirement
· Granule size
range: 14-60 meshes, good compressibility and mobility;
·
Synthetic medicine starch tablet: the granules should be uniform
and not moist;
· the
proportion of fine powder (above 60 meshes) in the granules should
not exceed one third;
·
Traditional Chinese medicine granules: pure extract, semi-extract
and raw powder granules should not be moist and should have certain
mobility.
Dry Powder
·It is
suitable for pressing the powder directly. The pressed powder
should have certain compressibility and fluidity.
Tablet Form Requirement
Can suppress the ordinary round film, large film, special-shaped
film, special-shaped film, single-double-sided lettering
tablets.

Features:
1. The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, and it is
made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirement.
2. It has transparent windows, so that press condition can be
observed clearly and the windows can be opened. Cleaning and
maintenance are easier
3. The machine can press not only round tablets, but also different
geometrical shape tablets, double-layered and annular tablets; the
tablets may have the impressed letters on both sides
4. All the controllers and devices are located in one side of the
machine, so that it can be easier to operate.
5. An overload unit is included in the system to avoid the damage
of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs
6. The machine\'s worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed
oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life, preventing cross
pollution.
Scope of application.
Frame Structure​
Tablet press frame for the four-column structure, four columns and
the base plate and the roof will form a rigid body, the machine
load when the force generated by the offset, low center of gravity,
smooth operation.
Pressure Support
· Hydraulic system is replaced by high-strength supporting system
for maintaining the main pressure and the pre-pressure to
completely avoid oil leakage and reduce medicine pollution.
· There is no need to maintain or replace the pressing parts of the
punch pin, thus avoiding the cross pollution caused by hydraulic
oil leakage and the waste caused by hydraulic oil addition &
replacement.
· The pressure can be stably maintained.
· For the lower pressing wheel, motor is adopted to drive worm gear
pair to adjust accurately to 0.01mm; position can be directly set
in the touch screen, or the preset position parameter can be called
for convenient adjustment and material loss reduction in the
adjustment process.
Punch
Disk Structure
· Middle disk is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel and is processed by
laser quenching to make the surface hardness above HRC55, thus
having good hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
· Upper and lower punch disks are made of QT600 and the surfaces
thereof are coated with nickel-phosphorus for rust protection, so
they have good wear resistance and lubrication.
· End face run-out of middle punch disk is less than or equal to
0.03mm
· The permanent magnetic damper is adopted as the lower punch
damper, and the lower punch pin is not contacted withg the damper
pin to prolong the service life of the punch pin, and ensure the
damping consistence of the lower punch pin, and avoid bounce and
free drop of the plunger under high-speed rotation, and reduce
rotation noise.
· The upper punch disk is surrounded by a shield, and the air inlet
fan is installed at the middle of the roof to keep positive
pressure for the upper punch disk and ensure difficult dust entry
and convenient cleanin.
