The dead-end optical cable clamp marking NSO-MDRNk-Dkmin/DkmaxP or PSO-MDRNk- Dkmin/DkmaxP consists of several symbolic (alphanumeric) groups:
the first three symbols (the letters “NSO”) stand for “helical dead-end clamp”; the abbreviation “PSO” stands for “supporting helical clamp”;
the next symbolic group (“MDRNk”) stands for “maximum allowable cable tension load”;
the symbols “Dkmin/Dkmax” designate the cable (pipeline) diameter range in mm;
PSO***-Dmin/DmaxP supporting helical clamps for trunk optical fiber communication lines
Helical clamps of PSO***-Dmin/DmaxP type are used for mounting self-supporting optical cables to high voltage power lines.
The maximum cable line rotation angle is *5 degrees.
