lobster, also known as "Langoustine" or "Dublin Bay Prawns" and
sometimes itself called "scampi" or a similar lobster such as
Metanephrops, as well as shrimp or prawns. Scampi preparation
styles vary regionally. Although the United Kingdom legally defines
scampi specifically as Nephrops norvegicus.
