Description

Our main items are Cotton 100%, T/C blended (for garments & caps) and Polyester 100% lining products. Those are widely used for shirts, jackets, blouses, coats, caps and blankets.
 

*    CAP FUSE :For Caps with distinctive features of Hard and Thick Touches and Good Recovery (INTERON P ).

1 /     STANDARD FOR BONDING STRENGTH
  1. Bonding strength over 1,000g / 3cm with Normal 186T outer fabric (for Cap Interlining : Enough with 800g / 3cm with AW outer fabric )
  2. Bonding Condition : temperature of 160oC  ~ 170oC, Fusing time of 15 sec, Pressure of 3K (May need different conditions depend on the types of outer fabric )

2 /   STANDARD FOR SHRINKAGE CONTROl
 
 
  1. Washing Condition : 50oC , 20 min, without soap, by Washwheel, by Natural Dry
  2. Under 1.5% of Shrinkage
