Description
Matrixyl(Palmitoyl Pentapeptide*4)
Synonyms: Matrixyl, PAL-KTTKS,
CAS NO.: **********4
Sequence: Palmitoyl-Lys-Thr-Thr-Lys-Ser
M.W: **2.*0
Description: Palmitoyl pentapeptide*4 (Pal-KTTKS) is a fragment of
procollagen I which can increase collagen production. It increases
production of collagen I and III through the stimulation of
fibroblasts, and also stimulates production of fibronectin and
elastin. The palmitoyl derivative was added to the pentapeptide,
increasing its lipophilic properties and enhancing absorption. 3
ppm pal-KTTKS. Pal-KTTKS was well tolerated by the skin and
provided significant improvement vs. placebo control for reduction
in wrinkles/fine lines by both quantitative technical and expert
grader image analysis.
Matrixyl ***0(Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide*7)
Synonyms: N-Palmitoylrigin, Palm-GQPR,Palmitoyl tetrapeptide*3,
Palmitoyl-GQPR,
CAS NO.: **********0
Sequence: Palmitoyl-Gly-Gln-Pro-Arg
M.W: **4.*1
Description: Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide*7 is a key ingredient in
Matrixyl ***0 and is used in conjunction with
Palmitoyl-Oligopeptide. Together, they can boost the growth of the
connective tissues and naturally increasing the production of
collagen in the skin. Palmitoyl tetrapeptide*7 (Pal-GQPR) has been
developed as an active ingredient by Sederma and marketed as RIGIN.
The ability of RIGIN to down-regulate IL*6 in resting and inflamed
cells was compared with DHEA in vitro, and the two actives were
comparable. Marketing materials related to RIGIN indicate that this
reduction in IL*6 can produce increased skin firmness, smoothness,
and elasticity.
Lipopeptide(Palmitoyl hexapeptide**2)
Synonyms: Lipopeptide,Eyeliss, Matrixyl ***0, Pal-VGVAPG
CAS NO.: **********6
Sequence: Palmitoyl-Val-Gly-Val-Ala-Pro-Gly/
Palmitoyl-Ala-Pro-Gly-Val-Gly-Val
M.W: **6.*8
Description: Palmitoyl hexapeptide**2 enhanced angiogenesis in the
chick chorioallantoic
membrane (in an in vivo model) by promoting endothelial cell
migration and tubulogenesis through upregulation of membrane-type
metalloproteinase*1 (MT*-MMP), a matrix metalloproteinase.
Palmitoyl tripeptide*1 (palmitoyl-Gly-His-Lys)
Synonyms: Palmitoyl Tripeptide*1, C**-GHK,
CAS NO.: **********7
Sequence: Palmitoyl-Gly-His-Lys
M.W: **8.*9
Description: The self-assembly of three cosmetically active peptide
amphiphiles C**-GHK, C**-KT, and C**-KTTKS (C*6 denotes a
hexadecyl, palmitoyl chain) have been widely used in commercial
skin care products. A cream containing 3 ppm palmitoyl tripeptide*1
(palmitoyl-Gly-His-Lys) was applied around the eyes of *5 female
subjects twice daily for 4 weeks. Application resulted in a
statistically significant anti-wrinkle effect, in that decreased
wrinkle length, and depth and a decrease in overall skin roughness
were observed. The application of palmitoyl tripeptide*1 (4 ppm in
vehicle) to the skin of *3 female subjects for 4 weeks caused a
statistically significant increase (4% increase) in skin
thickness.
Syn-coll(Palmitoyl Tripeptide*5)
Synonyms: PAL-KVK, Syn-coll,
CAS NO.: **********5
Sequence: Palmitoyl-Lys-Val-Lys-OH
M.W: **1.9
Description: Palmitoyl Tripeptide*5 is a cell transduction
components, this ingredients through the stimulation of TGF-Beta
increased collagen production,it Stimulates the production of
collagen to help address extracellular matrix damage and inhibit
inflammation.Palmitoyl Tripeptide*5 often referred to as synthetic
collagen,as it mimics the body\'s own mechanism to produce this
youth-giving substance.
Format: white powder or 1% solution.
