~Our company has stakes in one casting factory and one precision casting factory of which the annual production capacity is ****0T and ***0T, on business relations we are affiliated with a large-scale machinery processing enterprise of which the fixed assets is **0 million Yuan. We have also established close cooperation with more than **0 manufacturers including casting, forging, machining, stamping and hardware fitting across the country, and we have close cooperation with some of these manufacturers for more than *0 years. Our production capacity is as follows :
 I. Casting
 Cast Iron :
 A、Resin Sand Casting : each casting weight : *0KG*****0T , annual production capacity: ****0T.
 B、Clay Sand Casting : each casting weight : 0.******0KG , annual production capacity: ***0T.
 C、Lost Foam Casting : each casting weight : 3KG***5T , annual production capacity: ***0T.

 Remark :
 We could produce all grades of gray iron , nodular iron casting according to GB(China) , ASTM(America) , DIN(Germany) , BS(England) , and ISO(International) standards. We have Japan Tokyu automatic production lines, we could do all kinds of NDT(nondestructive testing) by visual inspection , magnetic particle , ultrasound and X-ray according to customers\' specified standard. The quality system approval could be provided.
 Cast Steel :
 A、 Sand Cast(resin sand and sodium silica bonded sand) : each casting weight : 5KG*****0T , annual production capacity: ****0T.
 B、 Lost Foam Cast : casting single : 5KG****0T , annual production capacity: ***0T.
 C、 Sodium Silicate Precision Casting : each casting weight : 0.******0KG, annual production capacity: ****0T.
 D、 Silica Sol Precision Casting : each casting weight : 0.*****5KG , annual production capacity: ***0T.
 Remark :
 We could produce all grades of carbon steel ,high manganese steel, heat-resistant steel , wear-resistant steel , corrosion-resistant steel , ultralow carbon stainless steel , supercritical and ultra super steel casting parts according to GB(China), ASTM(America) , DIN(Germany), BS(England), and ISO(International) standards. The molten steel could be smelted by LF , VD , VOD and ESR according to customers\' request, we use automatic spectrometer , metallographic microscope and all kinds of mechanical testing machine to control and test the microstructure and physicochemical performance of the casting, we can proceed different kinds of NDT such as visual inspection , magnetic particle , ultrasound and X-ray according to customer\'s standard and provide quality system approval. Some of the factories can also provide ISO****1 environmental management system certification ; CCS(China classification society) (*0CrMov supercritical), (1.*5CrMoV), (1.*5CrMo) welding certifications ; Lloyd\'s register factory certification ; ABS(American Bureau Of Shipping) steel factory certification ; Lloyd\'s register steel factory certification (LR); Japan\'s maritime association steel (NK) factory certification Non-ferrous Casting :

 Remark :
 We could produce all grades of copper , aluminum , zinc and magnesium alloys casting according to GB(China) , ASTM(America) , DIN(Germany) , BS(England) , and ISO (International) standards.
 II. Forging
 1. Free Forging: Max.***0T punching machine, each forging part weight: 1KG to **0T, annual production capacity: ****0T.
 2. Die Forging: Max. *0T Hydraulic hammer, each forging part: 0.2 to **0KGS, annual production capacity: ***0T.
 Remark: We could produce all grades of Carbon Steel、High Manganese Steel，Heat Resistant Steel, Wear Resistant Steel, Corrosion Resistant Steel, Ultralow Carbon Stainless Steel, Supercritical and Ultra Supper free forging and die forging steel parts according to GB(China), ASTM(America), DIN(Germany), BS(England) and ISO(International) standards. We could control and test the metallographic structure and physicochemical property of the forging parts by Automatic Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope and all kinds of strength testing machine, we could also do NDT(nondestructive testing) by visual inspection, magnetic particle, ultrasound and X-ray as per customers\' specified standard, the quality approval certification could be provided.
 III. Welding: Each welding part could be up to **0, our annual production capacity is ****0T.
 Remark: We could do welding to all kinds of material( steel, copper, aluminum and etc) according to drawing, we could also do all kinds of NDT (nondestructive testing) like visual inspection, magnetic article, ultrasound and x-ray according to customers\' specified standard, the quality approval certification could be provided, pressure test (hydraulic and Atmospheric pressure) could be done as per to customers\' requirement.
 IV. Machining: Our machining factory has all kinds of miniature, small, medium and big common and CNC machine tool, machining center and engraving machine, we could do rough machining, semi-precision machining, precision machining, and precision engraving to all kinds of casting, forging, welding and metal section according to drawing provided by customer, we could also process large machine tool column、beam、lathe bed、headstock and a variety of aircraft components, each part could be from 0.*5KG to **0T.
 Remark: All dimension, geometric tolerance and surface roughness could be tested by CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine), the quality approval certification could be provided.
 V. Stamping: Our stamping factory has a variety of miniature, small, medium and big common and CNC punching machine, like ****0KN frame type Hydraulic Punching Machine, ***0KN Mechanical Hydraulic Punching machine, which could punch all kinds of auto parts and mechanical parts.
 Remark: All dimension, geometric tolerance and surface roughness could be tested by CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine), the quality approval certification could be provided.
 VI、Hardware: Our hardware factory has a variety of miniature, small, medium and big professional machine tool, which could produce all kinds of hardware like bearings, fasteners and sealing parts.
 Remark: We could produce all kinds of hardware according to GB (China), ASTM(America), DIN(Germany), BS(England) and ISO(International) standards, the quality approval certification could be provided.
 VII、Summary: Besides the above production capacity, we also have professional heat treatment factory which could do all kinds of heat treatment to casting、forging、welding and machinery parts. We have a variety of shot blasting house, shot blasting machine, drum and sand blasting equipment, which could do the surface treatment for casting, forging, welding, machinery parts and hardware. We also have professional surface treatment factory, which could do surface treatment for the final parts, like Zinc plating, copper plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, black surface, anodic oxidation and etc, we also have several electrostatic spraying production lines, all in all, we could fully meet customer demand for full range of products.
