The technology we use in the manufacture of big size grinding balls for SAG mills and big size ball mills combine the advantages of the conventional air hammer method and the popular method upper forging, thus can guarantee the mechanical properties such as roundness, hardness and impact toughness and improve the production efficiency greatly, and then we can shorten the delivery time. The surface hardness of our products can reach up to HRC****7, the volumetric hardness can reach up to HRC****4, the difference of hardness between the surface and the center is no more than HRC2, the impact toughness is more than *2J/cm2, and the breakage rate is less than 1%. Furthermore, all the products of our company have realized traceability from the entrance of the raw material to the use in the mill, so that even if there is any problem occurred in the use of our products, we can find the source of the problem at the fastest time, and then solve the problem for our clients.
