Description

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin whose hydrolyzate is tocopherol, one of the major antioxidants. More soluble in organic solvents such as fat and ethanol, insoluble in water, heat, acid stability, alkali instability, oxygen sensitive, insensitive to heat.
