Description

High seal strength sealable OPP 5 layer film can be used for single ply dry food packaging of light weight. Also medium seal strength film could apply for peel-able packaging application such as dry or wet food in the tray for short self life. Seal performance is almost very close to thin gauge cast pp and polyethylene laminated. It is definitely the benefit of 5 layer co-extrusion with at least two sealant layer from out of five layer structure film. It could work for replacing multiple laminated structure film for dry food packaging and metallized high heat seal film could replace from the triple laminated film to double laminated film depend on the design of packing.
