1. Buyer issue irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) with
tank Storage agreement (TSA).
2. Seller issue pro-forma invoice with Sales purchase agreement
(SPA).
3. Subsequent to sign and seal of SPA by seller and buyer.
4. Seller issue authorization to verify (ATV) to the buyers storage
company.
5. Buyers storage company verifies the fuel.
6. Subsequent to verification of the fuel, the buyers/buyer
storage company issues Tank-Receipt and Letter (Notice of
Readiness) To Receive the Fuel.
7. Seller commences delivery to the buyers storage
terminal.
8. Upon delivery of the product at buyers storage terminal the
seller issue Commercial invoice to buyer.
9. Subsequent to successful SGS Quality and Quantity report buyer
make payment via MT**3.
*0. Seller transfers title to buyer, henceforth buyer is the
owner of the fuel.
*1. Commission is paid within *4hrs to facilitators and
intermediary subsequent to payment
