Description

Yam Flour(Dioscorea Rotundata) is  Nigeria\'sNational Agency for Food Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) approveddried perboiled white yams turned to flour. The yams are of high quality and preparation made in hygienic environment. Its high in compound carbohydrate and made into dough
Preparation detail is as follow:
Heat water in a pot to a boiling point and reduce the heat afterwards. Keep small part of the water in a bowl.  Intermittently add Eureka Yam Flour in the boiling water (in the pot) and stir with a wooden stick (stirrer) until all the water is absorbed to make dough. Add little of the hot water in the bowl and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Knead the dough with the wooden stick until a desired texture is formed. Serve with soup.
