Introduction:
Dongkai Geocell® is a lightweight and flexible three-dimensitional,expandable panels madeof high-density polythylene(HDPE)sheets which are ultrasonically bonded together tomake to bean extremely strong configuration.It mainly applied in:Channel protection, Slope&Green wall protection, Load support for access way,air port, parking lot,etc.
Features:
•Light weight, wear-resistant, chemical stability,anti-aging,anti-ultraviolet, anti-acid/alkali corrosion, applied to different geological conditions, such as saline&alkaline soil, desert, etc.
•Wide temperature range adaptable, high tensile strength, good rigidity and toughness, good load capacity and anti-erosion ability.
•Size isvariable, change the height and welding distance can meet the needs of different projects.
•Retractile, easy to transport.
Application:
•To reinforce the roadbed of highway/railway.
•To bear thepressure ofdam, retaining wall.
• Toprotect slope from landslide and mudslide.
•Toprotect channel from water flowing.
•To be used as independent wall, wharf and breakwater, etc..
•To be used for themanagement of the desert, beach, river bed and river bank.

Construction Methods:
In construction, the Dongkai Geocell® can be pulled into a network and launched into a three-dimensionalstructure, then filled with soil, concrete or other granular materials to constitute to be a structure with strong lateral restriction and large stiffness.

Installation guidelines:
•Prepare subgrade. Remove debris, rocks.
•Compact subgrade.
•Install geotextile (if required).
•Partially expand Dongkai Geocell® sections.
•Connect Geocell® sections with ATRA® keys. Connect side to side (A) and end to end (B).
•Hold sections open.
•Infill Geocell® cells.
•Spread infill.
