Product description:
Arthrospira platensis, commonly called spirulina, is a microalga
containing many proteins, iron and beta-carotene in large
quantities. It is the most complete nutrient found in nature. It is
obtained after filtration, pressing, extruding (in the form of
spaghetti) and drying.

spirulina.
The classic consumption is about 3 grams (a teaspoon), in the
morning or in the day, accompanied by a glass of water or a fruit
rich in vitamin C (or juice) if you want to improve the fixation
iron.
Deficient people, athletes, vegetarians can consume two teaspoons
of spirulina per day (six grams) by increasing the dose
gradually.
During intense or competing sports training, health problems
leading to severe shortfalls or difficulties in eating, consuming
up to ten grams per day of spirulina but for short periods of
time.
Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle
and not used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.
