  • 1. Newseed  Automatic Stainless Steel Sink Polishing And Grinding Machine
  • 2. Utilizes the principle of seam welder with round welding wheel.
  • 3. The distance between welding spots will be reduced which will make the nugget overlap with each other. When the overlapped degree exceed 1/3 of the diameter of the nugget, then a certain degree of air tightness welding will occur.
  • 4. Medium frequency inverter power source which is electricity saving. Adopt the professional automatic control system from MITSUBISHI.
  • 5. Use the servo motor to drive axis X (locating mould) and axis Y (welding electrode) to operate under the preset procedure of PLC data.
  • It could store *5 sets of welding models at most (be able to store *5 sets of welding position and welding current of product).
  • Suitable for automatic sink polishing and grinding.
  • Nanche SCR silicon controlled with high precision and long service life;
  • ABB rectifier diode with high precision;

  • All the electronic components are from Japan Mitsubishi and Omron with ideal service life;
  • High precision, all digital control system can effectively solve the cold joint and loose welding due to the current shunt of multiple-point projection welding;
