Application
NSH GED Black Oil Distillation Systems are able to regenerate a variety of used oil, engine oil, transformer oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, washing oil, rubber oil, etc. After the distillation treatment, vacuum treatment and regeneration treatment through GED system, you can get base oil of good quality and a small amount of gasoline and diesel oil.

*       Vacuum assisted distillation and gaseous hydrocarbon diversion technology
The advantages of negative pressure distillation and gaseous hydrocarbon diversion are that the distillation temperature can be greatly optimized, which not only can reduce the energy consumption, but more importantly can greatly improve the yield of the single unit and oil quality.
*       Heating system
The fuzzy control theory is adopted to design the heating control method. No acetylene hydrogen is generated during the heating process, the heating is even and the oil temperature is stable, and the function of automatic constant temperature and over-temperature protection is provided. This is a patented technology belongs to NSH company.
*       Highly automated control
Equipment with high automation control devices, only 2-3 people are needed to operate one set of equipment;
*       Perfect equipment protection system
â‘  Over-temperature protection. When the abnormal situation, the heater will cause a sharp increase in oil temperature, but when the oil temperature exceeds the set limit temperature, heating protection will automatically cut off the power and alarm.
â‘¡ Over-pressure protection. The use of the products from United States Cavert Company, when the pressure exceeds the limit set, the pressure protection device will automatically cut off the pump power and alarm.
â‘¢ With the over-current, overload, lack of phase, undervoltage and other electrical protection; With oil pump, vacuum pump, heater trinity interlock protection circuit; With pump motor-controlled interlock circuit to protect the motor and electrical components safe.
â‘£ With the power phase sequence protection, to prevent damage to the pump head when phase sequence adjustment.
⑤ Vacuum gauge and pressure gauge are Radar products, to monitor the working condition of oil system, indicating the standard.
