The PVC Color Master Batches
contains a mixture of pigments thoroughly dispersed in PVC Resin
(Ethylene base) of K Value *0 and high quality plasticizers as well
as other polymer additives. The pigment mixture is Lead (Pb),
Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Ca), Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI),
Polybominted Biphenyl (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether
(DBDE) free products.
The PVC Color Master Batches will disperse easily in the
manufacturing of PVC Compounds and there will be no nibs of
un-dispersed pigment as well as porosity.
