Description
The steel fire door is an insulated fire-rated door made of steel
which is applied for the door frame, the skeleton and the panel.
The filling material is non-toxic to human body.
They are usually applied in firewalls, stairs, pipe shafts, cable
shafts, house entrances and warehouses.
Fire Rating: Level A (>1.5 hrs), Level B
(>1hr) and Level C (>0.5 hr)
Width of Door Frame: A **5mm, B **5mm, C *0mm
Thickness of Door Leaf: A *0mm, B *2mm, C *2mm

Door Frame: rolled and bent from 1.**1.5mm thick
steel board
Door Leaf: covered with a 0.8mm galvanized steel
panel that is stamped on a mold and bent by machine; welded to its
stiffener and agglutinated to fire-retardant filling material
Door Filling Material: Perlite board
Surface: treated with electrostatic spraying or
coating
Leaves of double doors and unequal double doors join by flat
interface but welded with thin gap-covering plates to improve its
sealing property as well as to look good. Grooves of door frames
and door leaves are for fire-resistant seals, which will expand
when the temperature rises to *0
℃, filling the gap between leaves
and frames so as to prevent from the fire and the smoke.
The steel fire door is framed by a steel skeleton and filled with
perlite board, which is shock-resistant, abrasion-resistant and
unlikely to deform.
