General Informations.

In the atmospheric air Compressor absorbs, there is always a variable amount of water vapor.




When this moisture and air reach at a certain value by force of Compressor together, water vapor condenses into water under the effect of pressure and cooling.Liquid water is formed at every pressure and temperature changes.



This liquid water causes diameter lossed and causes diametter losses and rusting in the air installation, damages in pneumatic systems and besides several problems that trigger eachother.These damages that cause loss of work, time and Money in the processes are prevented by discharging liquid water occuring in cooling of compressed air (*3 dew point temp.) by refrigerated air dryer.

THE PRICES INCLUDES INLET AND OUTLET FILTERS FOR ALL OF SIZES COMPAC SERIES AIR DRYER.. BUT JUST UNTIL COMPAC *1,**0, THE FILTERS ARE ASSEMBLIED ON AIR DRYER ALREADY.



Air flow rate :*3 C (**2 atm)  Dew point temperature, 7 bar working Pressure; for **5 C ambient temperature, means free air flow rate under *0C/1 bar condition. Maximum working pressure is *6 bar for Compac*0 series air dryer.. Maximum inlet air temperature is **5 C . Maximum ambient temperature is **0 C.



Adsorption Air Dryers.



The *3 C dew point with refregirated air dryer is not enough for some sectors which using sensitive technologic equipments as nuclear facility, space probes, super dry conductuvity etc.. For this kind sectors, adsorption dryers necesarry with **0 C dew point.



AAG AK-DAB adsorption air dryers has two parallel towers which includes materials of high humidty receivers.

On entry, there is water seperator and zeromat. Beside of that there is inlet filter as 1 micron and also outlet filter as 0, 1 micron are included in the prices. Dew-Point Meter Optional Automatic Control.

Active Carbon Tower

Use of active carbon tower is an requirement for sectors like medical, medicine, electronic, metal foundry, where use of sensitive technology is needed.  AAG active carbon towers are single tower pressurised vessels, which are filled with active carbon absorbents that remove the oil vapour within the pressurised air. 



Other hydrocarbon vapours are also absorbed by the active carbon. Active carbon is activated by the absorbing contaminants that are on the surfaces of the internal holes. This process continue until it reaches to its saturation point. When it reaches at its saturation point, then the active carbon should be replaced. 





Water Seprators.

In compressed air systems, Liquid water that consist of cooling and pressure effects, proceed on compressed air line as droplets.If do not take precautions,  it causesserious problems as rusting in pneumatic systems, air leakages, valves seize up.



For do not live as like these problem, comprssed air and liquid water should seperate from eachother by AF**4 water seperator.



Dryer Inlet outler filter element

Pressure filter inlet elements provides filtration of oil, oil mist and dust particules from 1 micron to 0.1 microns and from 0.5 PPM to 0,**8 PPM. 

AAG filter inlet elements provides long-life filtration if replace with in necesarry periods.. 

AAG filter inlet elements have plastic body for against pressure resistance and pressure drop . 

Durable covers is mounted securely to the filter tube and compressed air is not affected by the possible kontamine.

Zero Air losss Automatic Discharge



In compressed air systems, liquid water that consist of cooling and pressure effects,  much more in summer than winter.. By water seperator, compressed   aid and liquid water are seperating from each other.



That liquid water can discharged as following three types..



*-Employee  ın  charge open and close the draın valve  as manual perıodıcally.(because of one  personnel  engage  wıth ıt and compressed aır dıscharcıng wıth water, ıts not recommended)



*-Consıst of waıtıng and dıschargıng  tıme adjusted tımer + selenoıd valve+ fıltered faucet; that by ota**1  dıscharge  wıth aır loss.(compressed aır dıschargıng  wıth water perıodıcally.seasonal   

(summer/wınter) adjustment necesarry.



B-mını float condensate draın: ıts an unprofessıonal   draın.( ıt can clog earlıer, become functıonless)



*-Wıth zeromat, able to dıscharge the water wıthout aır loss and there ıs not necessarry to seasonal adjustment. Its a   professıonal   equıpment. Its not effects from the pollutıon by helps of dust fılters ınsıde ıt. Its saves energy because of zero aır loss. So ın a short tıme,  you amortıze  ıts cost.

AF Series Compressed Air Filters.
Air in a typical city contains approximately **0 million particles per m³ of air as dust. *0% of these particles are under the size of 2 microns. These particles can easily pass through the suction filter (approximately 5 micron) and enter in the compressor unit and disperse in the air installation together with the pressurised air.

Besides, burned oil contained in the air that comes from the compressor with amount of 6 ppm at least combine with the water and dust in the air and damage the o-rings, seals of all of the equipments that work with pressurised air and cause for the air leakage, corrosion and malfunctioning of the valves. 

Additionally, it interferes with the quality for the paint systems. For this reason, filtration of the pressurised air in the industry is rather important. Filters are manufactured with three different sensitivity and they are connected in series in the installation line according to the importance of the place they are used in. The internal parts of the filter, which protect the pressurised air from oil, dust and condensed water, should be changed every 4 to 6 months depending on the daily work period, ambient air conditions and rate of oil leak of the compressor. Filter internal parts should not be tried to be cleaned at all. Blocked element should definitely be changed.

*- General Purpose ( Inlet ) Filters : These are the filters that are known with **0 code in the filter series. These are used at the outlet of the compressor, that is they are used at the inlet of the drier. They provide for the filtration of the particles down to 1μ and the oil content that is left behind in the air after filtration is 0.5 ppm maximum and blue coloured internal part is contained inside of the filter. 

*- Medium Sensitivity ( Outlet ) Filters : These are the filters that are known with **1 code in the filter series. These are used at the outlet of the drier in order to filter the air, whose humidity has been removed. They provide particle filtration down to .0.1 μ. The oil content that is left behind in the air after filtration is 0.*1 ppm maximum and red coloured internal part is contained inside of the filter.

SF Series Compressed Air Filtres
SF Series filter has designed for sterilizated places from bacterials as hospitals, laboratories, pharmacy indurials, packing, cosmetic applications..

Before the steril filter, there should be inlet filter ( 1 micron; 0,5 P.P.M) and outlet filter (0,1 micron; 0,*1 P.P.M) and 0,**8 P.P.M compressed air filters.And steril filter should sterilize by steam per 7 days minimum. That sterilize application can make in place and with autoclave.For both of sterilize applicationi sterilization quantity is **0. For both of , steril filter keeps itself.
