DESCRIPTION-  Oat bran is made of high-quality oat grain. Stalks, impurities and dust are removed by cleaning process and then oats are dehulled, kiln dried and milled.  Oat Bran is light yellow colour.
Oat Bran is the nutritionally healthiest part of the oat. It contains a lot of proteins, minerals, vitamins and most of all soluble fibers. It has been discovered that as a part of balanced diet, the soluble fi-ber, betaglucan, lowers the blood cholesterol and the amount of the LDL-cholesterol. Betaglucan also helps lowering the blood sugar and improves the digestion.
USE- For bread, rolls, oatmeal cookies, pies etc. It can also be used for meatloaves or vegetarian food. Suitable also for oat porridge.
