Details:

High pressure power station check valve standards:

1. The design and manufacture and acceptance by thermal power valve standard ANSIB*6.*4 API6D GB****6 E**1 and JB/T***5, DL/T**1 prescribed standards.

2, the structure length by E**1, JB/T***6, GB/T****8.1 ANSIB*6.*0 GB****1 standard or according to user requirements.

3, pressure - temperature level by E**1, JB/T***5 API**8 GB***1 prescribed standards.

4, according to the welding groove size GB****4, JB/T***5, ASME B*6.*5 ANSIB*6.*5 standard rules or according to the size of the user piping requirements

High pressure lift check valve structure features:

1, the overall disc quenching, and can move up and down in the body, medium backflow, medium pressure and spring automatic valve closed.

2, the valve body, valve cover are all die forgings.

3, on the seat sealing surface using cobalt-based hard alloy plasma spray welding surface. Wear resistant, good abrasion resistance.

4, the check valve should be installed in horizontal pipe runs medium flow from the bottom to upper or flow.

Power station of check valve installation should pay attention to the following things:

1. when installation, pay attention to the medium flow direction should be consistent with valve body by the ticket direction arrow.

2. do not make the check valve in the line to bear weight, large check valve shall be independent support, make it not influenced by the pressure caused by the piping.

3.vertical elevating disc check valve should be installed in vertical pipe runs.

4.elevating disc check valve should be installed in horizontal pipe runs.

The difference between power station check valves and other valves:
