MANUFACTURING RANGE: 
We have the widest range (numbering **0 covering all types and configuration/derivatives of lathes, drills, hacksaw, milling, shaper, plano miler, welding equipments, measuring instruments,  etc., Out of this current range, around *0% fall in the category of Import Substitution and Special tailor made machines. The Special and Import Substitution machines are to DALIEN-CHINA, FULLMARK- TAIWAN, BST MACHINE CO-CHINA, KOWA-JAPAN CSN & ISO/DIN/BIS/AFBMA Standards and to customers special specifications. The machines conforming to East European Standards have been specially developed for Indian industry for their production, We were regularly supplying machines in a big way to government colleges as per its requirements. Our latest machines are CNC lathe machines, CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines, CNC routers, CNC gear hobbing mahine and CNC planner. 
The total value of such import-substituted machines is worth crores of rupees, saving the countrys scarce foreign exchange after all Foreign Exchange Saved is Foreign exchange earned.
We have developed machines for a variety of strategic and critical end-applications apart from foreign requirements, such as steel plants (cold reduction mills, blooming mills, plate mills, billet mills etc. material handling equipments including Forklifts, Cranes, Gear Box, automotive, tractor and other segments. The quality of our machines is consistent and our business comes many fold year after year from our current customers on repeat basis, establishing performance and quality of our machines to the best in the market. This fact is further ambly established by our exports to such developed countries as the USA, Middle East, Saudi Arabia. Egypt, turkey since last 3 years.

We are awarded with ISO (for design and manufacture) by WwQS.
PRESENT RANGE CAPACITY OF MANUFACTURE: 
We can manufacture at present lathe machines having bore dia from *0mm to **0 mm and, weighing right from ***0kgs to ****0 kgs. Much bigger sizes are under development.
 Inspection Facility: 
We have upto-date full fledged Standard Room equipped with sophisticated surface finish and roundness checking instruments, Radial Clearance checking equipment etc., Microscope with photograph facility. Our machines shop has a battery of special purpose machinesof imported and domestic origins.

 DESIGN FACILITIES:

We can supply machines in higher accuracy and out of special class of materials which we have been developing for Indian Defence Ministry, as per Indian standards, end application being Battle Tanks and its engines.

 MACHINES DEVELOPMENT: 
                     In case you require any other machines than those mentioned in our enclosed catalogue, we can consider development of those machines also on receipt of details such as specifications and approximate annual requirements, as we have been developing 3 to 5 different machines every month. We can develop specialized machines for specialized needs.
DESIGN FACILITIES: 
              We have developed our own software for these purposes which naturally go a long way in our concerted efforts in continue developing special purpose machines.
DELIVERY: 
        Our minimum lead-time is 7 days from the date of receipt of firm order for standard model of machine in our current range production. However, it will depend upon the size and type of machine. On receipt of your list of drawings, we shall let you know the exact delivery date for each item.
