Description

Silver Brazing Alloys
YiHong Silver Brazing Alloys have the characteristics below:
1 Silver Brazing Alloys have a very good liquidity and a proper price, which have an excellent welding performance.
2 YiHong Silver Brazing Alloys have a middle melting point but have great wettability and the ability of filling the gaps.
3 These series of Silver Brazing Alloys have high-intensitive joints and a good plasticity, which also gain the great ability of electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
4 Copper and silver used for brazing have the ability of self-fluxing so they dont need brazing flux. The Alloys are suitable for contact welding, gas brazing, high frequency brazing and some of the furnace brazing. The brazing joints have quite a good intensity and electrical conductivity.
5 YiHong Silver Brazing Alloys have a low cost and they are made with less silver and metals which can be instead of silver. The Alloys are good for brazing copper to copper, or copper to copper alloys.

Phos Copper Brazing Alloys
YiHong Phos-Copper-Silver Brazing Alloys are all manufactured to offer economy as well as consistently high standards of quality and performance. These alloys are excellent for joining copper to copper where the phosphorus content of the phos-copper-silver brazing alloy reacts with the copper of the base metal in such a way that the filler metal becomes "self-fluxing." For this reason these alloys are used quite extensively for joining closed copper tubing in the refrigeration and air conditioning industries where flux removal after brazing is difficult to impossible.

Aluminum Brazing Wire
Aluminum Brazing Wire is developed adopting peculiar microthermal welding material. Aluminum Brazing Wire not only changes the temperature range (******0 Celsius degree) which is hard so far for workers to operate into Al welding, but also can be used to weld Al to Cu or some heterologous material.
Aluminum Brazing Wire has some characteristics below:
1 The Wire has great liquidity and operating performance so users dont need high professional qualification.
2 The Wire has good conductivity which is able to reach *0% of the electrical conductivity while other products in competitive markets can only reach *0%.
3 The Wire has great mechanical performance: When welding specific alloys the strength of extension reachs **0 Mpa over and the shear strength reachs **0 Mpa over. The Wire has great toughness and can be combined with copper firmly. It is anti-knock, anti-bending and shock resistance and also it breaks through the problem that conventional Aluminum Brazing flux has bad combination with copper.
4 YiHong Aluminum Brazing Wire adopts the most advanced seamless manufacturing technique in the world. The flux fills tight and includes super wet factor so the product is much more stable and can store for long time. While in competitive markets conventional Aluminum Brazing Wire adopts seamed technique so it easily leaks out powder when bended. It includes some corrosive flux and it has an extreme function of absorbing water, oxidation, complexing and hydrolyzing so that the flux loses efficacy and cant be used.
5 The Wire can tolerate relative high temperature and at the same time keep a good intensity. In competitive markets conventional Aluminum Brazing Wire has a low melting point and softening point so if there is a heavy current multiply and instantaneously going through, it will have high temperature at a specific point and then have the danger of breaking.
