Forced action concrete mixers Euromix **0.**0M are batch and rotor concrete machines intended to prepare concrete mixes and building mortars with aggregate size up *0 mm. The concrete mixers of series "EUROMIX" suit ideally to prepare hard moulding mixes with low water content and high admixtures content (pigments), super stiff concrete mixes and mortars.

 Application:
Thanks to special design of three mixing paddles as well as additional actuator without drive (rotation is made due to directional supply of material on the rotor) concrete mixer can be applied for:
  • Making of concrete mixes and building mortars both on open sites and in production shops;
  • Production of rigid concrete mixes for wall stone production, pavement elements;
  • Flexible mixes designed for production of paving tile, curbs and articles of small architectural forms;
  • Easy in operation control box in standard version gives possibility to start the operation just as the mixer is installed on the production site.
Content:
The mixer is equipped with reliable and highly-efficient worm gear motor of NMRV series as a driving mechanism ensuring the trouble-free operation of mixer within all warranty period.  To control the oil level an inspection plug is installed on the gear motor housing.
 The mixer is distinguished with: 
- By special blades design and free driven ROTOR fixed inside the mixing tank  that  is rotated due to  direct material coming on the rotor,
- Bonfiglioli Ridutori gear motor (Italy)
- complementary surfacing of inner walls of the mixer 
- the paddles of improved design that prevent the excess breakage of the paddles. 
- the easy operation and convenient access to the mixer
