Products description:

  • Top plate and groove: top plate use 6mm high-quality steel plate, the groove is by **0ton hydro-forming, which is smooth and wearable. 
  • Neck part: double steel ball track, hydro-forming , the steel bowl is by heat treatment, which has bigger capacity and longer life-time.
  • Surface treatment:  blue-white zinc electroplating treatment which is rust-proof and corrosion resistant.
  • Rivet: M16 Steel rivets, quenching and tempering treatment, hydraulic riveting.
  • Wheel axle: M12 Solid screw, with self-locking nuts.
  • Edge plate: the fork foot use 6mm high-quality steel plate, and is welded to the bracket seat.
