SHALE SHAKER SCREEN
Shale shaker screen also named oil vibration sieve mesh. It is the
wearing parts of shale shaker device.
Shale Shaker ScreenWe design and manufacture all series shale
shaker screen which is an optimal material for petroleum drilling
machinery of oil field project. Our screens cover hook strip
screen, frame shale shaker screen, hook types for shale shaker and
frame flat shale shaker screen. We also supply shaker screen panels
for all series shale shaker. Our shale shaker products are widely
used in oil field, sand control, coal mine, filter liquid and
gas.
Material: Stainless steel wire mesh, plastic flat mesh.
Character: Resistant to abrasion, erosion and temperature.
Feature: Low cost, easy disassembly, high rate of catheters,
sediment (residue) effect, long life. It is the ideal accessory of
shaker.
Specification: The thickness of plate from 0.3mm to 8mm, SWO from
3mm to *0mm, LWO from 3mm to **0mm, Max width 2.0mm.
Application: Vibration sieve used for the oil industry. Be widely
used as filter wire mesh of mining, coal, petroleum, fertilizer,
food and other environmental protection industry.

Weaving: Dipped galvanizing after weaving, weaving with hot dipped
galvanized iron wire, Electric galvanizing after weaving, Weaving
with electric galvanized iron wire, PVC coated welded wire
mesh.
