Basic Information


Container Mixer (stationary) of series CMS is using for mixing raw materials. The raw material is to be mixed homogenously by stir and high-speed crusher. Mixing efficiently and high homogeneously. Container mixer (stationary) of series CMS is designed compactly with high reliability and high price performance ratio.







Principle







After upload the formula materials from head hole or opening the hopper cap, materials rise along the the inner wall of the container with the stirring of stir paddle, and goes down at the center, which move by turbulent rotating under the function of the high-speed shearing action, shearing the chips and massive object, meanwhile does destroy to the rotary movement formed by stir paddles.They have the counteraction and penetrations to reach the perfect mixing results within few minutes.
