Product Features:
     The roller press produced by our company is a new type of energy conservation cement grinding equipment developed internationally since the middle of *0s, with functions of substituting high energy consumption and low efficiency ball mill pre-grinding system, reducing steel consumption and noise. It is applicable for construction of new plant and modification of old plant. It will raise the ball mill system capacity by *****0%, save electricity by *0%**0% and reduce cement consumption of power by *0%**0%. The fine material of 0.*8mm accounts for ****5% of total extruded material, less than *0mm accounts for ****0%, and the inner structure of extruded small particle will result in lots of fine cracks which greatly improve the grindablity.

3.  The self-aligning hydro-cylinder adopts the America Parker cylinder head, with long-term reliable operation.
4.  The moving roller and fixed roller adopts technology from Germany KHD Co., with self-aligning sliding, stable stress, good damping effect, and assures the long-term stable operation.
5.  Advanced intelligent lubrication system
6.  Perfect program control system, highly integrated hydraulic system, all critical parts are imported parts.
7.  The adjustable feeding system with electric actuator.
8.  It is flexible to be equipped with imported or domestic planetary reducer and main bearing.
