Description

RG*6 co-axial cables are used for signals in television. It is also known as dish cables.RG*6 cables have center conductor both as Copper or CCS. Netting may vary from *4 to **4.Good quality PVC is used for its covering.Similarly in RG**9 and RG**1. Centre conductor could be either copper or ccs.
RG*6 type coaxes is that they have an *8 AWG center conductor. An RG*6 might be a cheap generic CATV coax, designed strictly for economy, with a thin aluminum braid and a copper-coated steel center conductor
It has dense Al braid and foil shield, solid copper center conductor, nitrogen-injected PE foam dielectric, and extremely broad bandwidth and tight impedance tolerance.
