Diamond enhanced carbide inserts are arranged on top of the cone of ATYC single cone bit to improve wear resistance for longer working life of the bit. New type of hydraulic system enhances cone and bottom hole cleaning ability to assure higher ROP of the bit. Large diameter active cutting conical-spherical inserts are used for gage protection on bit body, so that the bit has excellent gage holding and up-reaming abilities.
This series of bit is suitable for slim hole drilling operations such as reentry and sidetracking operations.

The size range of YC series bit is 3 1/2 - 6 1/2 inch such as 3 7/8, 4 1/2, 4 3/4, 5 1/2, 5 7/8, 6, 6 1/8 and its IADC code is ******7, such as **7,**7, **7, **7, **7, **7, **7, **7,  **7.

Main structure features:
With particular structure of the coneequal worn of the compacts in permanent contact area and altemative conct area of the bit is realized.
Wear resistance of the cutting structure is enhanced by setting PDC cutters in the permanent contact area of the  cone where      the compacts are  most severely worn.
Optimized hydraulics structure improved the cleaning ability of hydraulic system on cone and bttom holeand assure higher ROP.
The bit has excellent gage protection and up reaming abilities by setting active cutting conispherical gage  compacts on head body.
