Staple polyester nonwoven mat is made by staple polyester fibers, which is suitable for civil and hydraulic engineering applications. it is Root-proof fabric. Also resistant to mould and rodents. Very price competent and easy to lay during end usage of product. It is also UV ray protector sheet which makes it to work more efficiently under high temperature. Mostly used for underground tank projects. Roof sheeting, waterproofing and floor making. the staple polyester fiber is used so that these staple fiber can be mixed with other essential fibers to give high strength and wide variety of products according to different need of project, some blends are used for flooring purpose while some blends are used for underground projects, some has the ability to give extra strength while some are used to increase waterproof characteristics in the product range. Polyester strengthen the structure of fabric which is normally not achieved from other natural fibers. They have less water absorbency rate and more stable polymer chains in its structure.
