Ice evaporator designed that inside and outside evaporation of the evaporator.The circulation cold water inside the pipe,while adding refrigeration on the pipe outside.After the refrigeration system to work normally ,the cold water circulating pump take the water of the tank up to the fluid director,the put the water into the tube with a screw type,attached to the inner wall flowing, the refrigerant through the evaporator external,heating exchange with the water of the inner wall ,in the heat exchange progress ,the refrigerant from liquid turn into gas and absorb a lot of heat,the water which flow through the evaporator tube wall will dramatically reached the freezing point,so freezes.
