Description

The drill bit which has high drilling speed, high production efficiency and low production cost; and the drilling head of the deep hole expanding drill is not required to be frequently replaced. The deep hole expanding drill comprises a drill rod and a guide sleeve; and a circular nut, a connecting block and the drilling head mounted on the guide sleeve are connected with the drill rod through bolts. The drilling head consists of a cutter blade mounted on a cutter body, where in the cutter blade is made of hard alloy. It is in the casting, forging, stampings, molded parts, such as prefabricated holes on the basis of reaming, in order to obtain high surface quality of the small tolerances.
