Dear Person/Company, 

Our professional group holds major contacts in the oil, fuel and LNG global product markets. You\'ll find out exactly who we are once we establish first contact and papers are presented on both sides of the table. If need be, we are capable of showing past performance as well.

We need to find someone who directly buys the fuel for the company. The one who makes/creates the fuel orders, perhaps someone in the procurement department of a large corporation? We would like to have a fuel quote that will specify the quantity that they would like to order on a periodic basis. Once we determine the amounts and that he person is interested in the price, we\'ll than provide the price quote and all other information that follows.

 - Company name
 - The name of the project and LNG contract
 - Names of the people involved
 - Names of the businesses and who is involved
 - Names of available storage Port facilities around the world
 - And more

We are the title holders of the fuel.

Please provide us the direct buyer contact in order to move forward. That individual will than speak with our lawyer in charge of all the documents, certificates and contracts involved with the deal. In no time, when both parties begin to communicate, the deal will close swiftly.

We can offer you the purest, highest grade JP*4 Aviation (Kerosene) Jet Fuel, at the price of (-) US$8.*0 gross -US$6.*0 (buyer) per barrel, below the PLATTS market price.
We only deal with our "title holder", that\'s the only way we close deals!

Question:
Do you have a buyer who can move quickly enough to take advantage of this? If your buyer will not embrace these terms; lets wait for another offer.
This is perfect priced, but slated for a buyer who prefers price over controlling the transaction totally.

I have attached two different procedures that occurred for us successfully in the past, pay attention to the attached docs. If you have any question, give me a holler. You may choose anyone of them for your convenience and I have 2 or 3 new ones on their way, no promises. :-)

If we can fit within these guidelines, we know the sellers agent for years.
