1, The whole body design:three guide rail are high frequency quenching hardened rail, which have good rigidity,high precision,stable and reliable.
2, Machine tool appearance modelling is beautiful,wihch has clear lines,external visual and clear smooth.The operation place is appropriate,and the agreeableness is good.
3,The milling spindle head is X coordinates which is crossed the Z coordinate, and can move along the X direction.Spindle(namely C axis,workpiece axis) and X and Z coordinate linkage,under the condition of matching system programming automation processing.
4,The milling head spindle adopts high power frequency conversion motor, and realizes the strong cutting.
5,The center of milling head can be adjusted up and down according to the workpiece.The operation is simple and convenient.
6,Machine tool is equipped with the workpiece support frame, the user can choose supporting plate according to different workpiece.
7,spindle running is drived by worm gear and worm.Servo motor straight league worm.With no clearance between worm and worm gear meshing mechanism,the machine tool can realize high precision accurate degree.Spindle bearings use grease lubrication,which can be high durability,without daily lubrication maintenance.
8,The machine tool guideway is lubricated by concentrated intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication.
9, The machine tool spindles configurate manual chuck,and users can match the special clamp top clamping system.
*0,The machine tool configurate Guangzhou numerical control system,we also can according to customer's specific needs configurating other system. Three linkage system can realize four coordinate, namely, the X axis and Z axis, three linkage C axis (axis).
