Rotary dryer is
mainly used in building
materials industry or metallurgical industry , such as slag ,clay,
coal powder, drying metal ore beatification leaching residue and
other materials. In order to control the drying temperature,
thermocouple is disposed on feeding and discharging device . It can
display the temperature on feeding /end site by thermometer
,providing basis for controlling cylinder temperature (******0
degrees) .Rotary dryer is the drying device for material through
the rotating back and forth and making a material heating in the
rotary dryer .The machine is mainly composed of a rotary body,
lifting plate, driving device, supporting device and a sealing ring

Working principle?
Rotary dryer is a material heating drying device. The material
of coaxial sleeve rotary cylinder column is drying by a spiral
blade and discontinuous helical feed in inner and outer barrel body
reentrant and winnowing process. The sleeve structure make the
dryer length can be shortened, because the radiating surface is
greatly reduced, so that the heat consumption is reduced, and the
doubling of the heat exchange surface thermal efficiency is greatly
improved.For material can't touch smoke , rotary dryer provided
respectively inner pipe and annular pipe in the inner and outer
barrel , the pipe with the same radial flue communication, high
efficiency and energy saving.The coaxial sleeve column in the
