Introduction:Â
The magnetic separator made by our factory is the common
semi-countercurrent magnetic separator which is widely used in the
wet type magnetic beneficiation of various low magnetism ore whose
crushing particle size is no more than 0.3mm, especially for the
magnetic separation of the magnetic iron ore. This machine type is
of low electric consumption, high recovery rate, high wear
resistance, maintenance-free, and easy installation and
debugging.
Working
principle:Â
This machine type allows the fine ore pulp of less than 0.3mm
particle size to enter into the feed box from the feed port. After
the split-flow by the feed box, they go into the size mixing
chamber at the bottom of the shell uniformly. By the size mixing
pipe, the ore pulp will be adjusted to the optional density and
sent to the conveying area to contact with the magnetic roller
which is driven by the speed reducer and send the magnetic ore to
the demineralization area. There the magnetic ore is washed away by
the stressful water from the scour ore discharge pipe. From the
conveying area to the ore discharge area is called magnetic
separation area, the magnetic separated ore pulp is discharged from
the gape, and the whole magnetic separation is finished.

1. Good separation effect:
This machine adopts dynamic magnetic system. The raw ores
slide, move and roll at the surface of the drum, and there is no
ores sticking to the drum, which helps separate different ores. The
grade can be improved **4 times in the first separation process,
and the grade can reach *0% in fine separation process.
2. Large capacity:
By using wrapped type open magnetic system, the materials do
not stick together and the blocking phenomenon can be avoided,
which leads to large capacity. The feeding capacity of an
individual magnetic separator is at least *0 tons. And the machines
can connected together to be put into use so as to improve the
capacity.
3. Wide application:
This type magnetic separator can be divided into 4 categories,
more than *0 types and models, which can meet the needs of iron
ore, river sand, tailings, slags, steel ash, sulfate slag, grinding
