Description

HongyuanTM self-adhering polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane comprises two classes, i.e. Class N and Class PY. The former one, which has no felt, consists of a layer of polymer-modified asphalt featureing self-adhering property and surfaced with peel-away protective film on the bottom side and PE film, PET film or peel-away protective film on the top side. Compared with Class N, Class PY consists of a asphalt layer reinforced with polyester felt, and one choice of its top surfacing is fine sand instead of PET film. The two classes have very different tensile properties largely because of the reinforcement, therefore applicable to different applications.
