     HJ**0 is a kind of smelting-type mid-Mn mid-Si and mid-F flux. It appears brown to light-yellow glassy particles with the mesh of ***0(2.**0.*5mm)and ****0(1.**0.*5mm). During the course of welding,either direct-current or alternating-current main can be adopted,and welding wires are connected to the positive electrode when the former is adopted. Its welding performance is excellent.
Usage:
     is can be used in the welding of low-alloy steel(such as*6Mn, *5MnV,*5MnVN,etc) structures in conjunction with welding wires(such as H*8MnA,H*0Mn2,H*8Mn2Mo,etc).It is widely used in the welding of ships,boilers,high-pressure vessels,etc.The flux with fine particle size can be used in the fine-wire submerge-arc welding of thin plate structures.
Cautions:

1.Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,moisture,iron rust,etc.
2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of ******0℃ before it is used.
