Description

Process
The polyethylene core tube has been produced firstly. Then the pipe will go through
the steel wire winding unit to the outside layer extruders. Steel wire bobbins are
installed in two round plate, the plate rotate one in clockwise and the other in opposite
direction. So the wire will wrap on the core tube as a steel mesh. The second extruder

Adhesive bonding layer
coats the adhesive resin on steel for binding of steel and plastic. And then the outer
polyethylene layer will cover all steel mesh and core tube to make a finished
