1)Material:brakedrum use Gray iron HT**0, Meet the American Standard G***0, Also offer ductile cast iron.
2)Designer: Technical expert take in charge of making drawings for the sample offered by client.
3)Test requriment: Each brake drum should be strictly tested, Eg. Brake Drum Blance Test, Round Jumpness Test .
4) Casting: Brake drum automatic production line including sand mixing, moulding and pouring.
5) Machining: Brake drums are produced by CNC machining.
6) Inspection: Advance test equipment including CMM, tensile strength testing machine, hardness tester, spectrometer, parallel tester, etc.
7) Brake drum chermical composition:
