Single Drop-side Mine Car Introduction
Single drop-side mine car is mainly used in metallurgy, mining,
coal, railway, highway tunnel, concrete culvert, underground
drifting and tunneling military culverts and other projects,
construction, supporting simple and efficient slag transport
equipment. It is consisted of wheel set, frame, pin, cars, dump
rail, dumping round, pin, door hook, car doors, supporting iron rod
and other components.
Single Drop-side Mine Car Main Characteristic
1. Large volume, automated unloading smoothly.
2. Short distance of unloading.
3. Due to dump rail is symmetrical, enabling two-way side dump cars
unloading.
Single Drop-side Mine Car Technical Requirements
1. The parts of same moble mine car can exchange smoothly.
2. Wearing parts could be easily replaced; lubrication point should
be reasonable; adjustment device should be flexible.
3. Under the normal use conditions, the life of tramcar body should
meet the following requirements:

4. Welded structures using carbon dioxide protection welding,
quality should be consistent with the provisions of
JB/T5000.3-1998.
5. Tub buffer using metal or high-strength elastic rubber bullets
hon.
6. Mine wheels corresponding elastic shaft bracket.
7. Dumping wheel components and connections should be solid. When
not dumping contour , dumping wheel parts shall not exceed the
overall size of the tub outside.
8. Buffers bomb hon compression performance test conducted
according to the provisions GB/T1239.4.
