Pitpack 1005 is designed for package automatic forming from heat - sealing film in reels during dose filling of a wide range of free - flowing , granular and small - piece products . 
When changing package material, for example, from polypropylene to polyethylene the user can substitute sealing jaws of constant heating for impulse sealing jaws on his own. For this purpose it's necessary to issue the appropriate command with a control unit. 

Machines features:

The drive units of film broaching as well as cross sealing units are servo motors. There is an automatic film compensating device. It is controlled with a programmable controller. Data are input on a touch panel.
