Description

J-type radial jaw flexible coupling is a new type of coupling suitable for conveying equipment developed by our company based on absorbing advanced technology of the like products abroad.



Characteristics of J-Type Radial Jaw Flexible Coupling



1.Elastomer selects nitrile and polyurethane material, which can effectively reduce the vibration and impact generated during operation in order to prevent noise.



2.Radial arrangement of the elastomer with relatively large allowable range of axial, radial, and angular error to facilitate installation alignment. 



3.When the coupling is working, the elastomer is squeezed and its reliability and safety are very high.



4.The assembly and disassembly of the elastomer is very convenient, it can be taken out with hand without the need to move the half coupling.



5.The transmission torque is large, which can reach up to **0kNm. 



6.Brake disc can be added for the application where brake is used.  



Structure of J-Type Radial Jaw Flexible Coupling



1.JLCC standard type sleeve coupling removable on both sides: radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides are connected with half coupling with bolts, which are removable.The coupling sleeve (half body) is a standard series. 



2.JLCC*1 long-sleeve coupling removable on both sides: radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides are connected with half coupling with bolts, which are removable.The coupling sleeve (half body) is a long series. 



3.JLCCS single inner sleeve coupling removable on both sides: radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides are connected with half coupling with bolts, which are removable.One sleeve of the coupling (half body) extends toward the middle for a certain length.



4.JLCCS-P coupling with single inner sleeve and brake removable on both sides: radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides are connected with half coupling with bolts, which are removable.One sleeve of the coupling (half body) extends toward middle for a certain length, moreover, it is equipped with brake disc for the application where a brake is needed.



5.JLCCSS double inner sleeve coupling removable on both sides: radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides are connected with half coupling with bolts, which are removable.Two sleeves of the coupling (half body) extends toward the middle for a certain length.



6.JL integral type superbig torque coupling: the radial jaw type connecting plates on both sides and the two half couplings form in integral structure, which is not removable.The elastomer can be taken out conveniently without moving the half coupling.
