Brown Crab (Cancer Pagurus)
Our Brown Crabs are caught from Newlyn, Cornwall. After being transported back to our site, the Crabs are then stored in our bespoke vivier tanks for *8hours to stabalise. This not only ensures the crab are healthy, but it also enables us to select only the healthiest crab for our customers. By stabalising the Crab, we have some of the lowest mortality rates worldwide.

We use DHL Air Freight to deliver our shellfish wolrdwide, mainly to Hong Kong and America. We will need to know which recieving airport to quote for transit.
For deliveries within Europe, we can sometimes deliver using our refrigerated vehicles. Otherwise customers are welcome to collect.
