Continuous casting machine (CCM),is a complete set of equipment to
cast high temperature molten steel into steel billet,which has
certain cross section and length.
Based on different billet cross sections,there are 3 main types of
casting machine:
Square(rectangular) billet casting machine
Billet cross section is square or rectangular(flakiness ratio3)
Round billet casting machine
Billet cross section is round,and diametervaries
betweenφ**-φ**0mm;moreover this type of casting machine is capable
of casting square billet.
All types of csating machine have following components:
Ladle support equipment,CCM main equipment,billet cutting
equipment,and billet transfer&billet out equipment.
