Description
MAG series Magnetic de-Iron Separator is widely used in
various liquid and pasty liquid to remove tiny ferromagnetic metal
particles (such as iron and rust). It can effectively improve
product purity on production line, avoiding the damage to critical
equipment caused by iron particles.
MAG separators innovatively put the magnetic rod into a
specially designed sleeve so that the impurities accumulated on the
sleeve surface can automatically peel off the sleeve by simply
remove the magnetic rod . This improves efficiency and save labor
cost compare to conventional magnet manual scraper. The machine
body is made by stainless steel, the core magnet is made of the
latest technology of super magnet NdFeB materials, and the cover is
quick opening or sanitary clamp.
