Description

AFS and its subset -Automatic Leveling System (ALS) / Dynamic Headlamp Leveling (DHL) are now mandatory according to the regulation R**3 released by ECE.
HiRain Technologies has successfully developed AFS/ALS/DHL products in cooperation with another manufacturer. They have been adopted by several General Motors platforms, such as Global Epsilon and Delta. HiRain is also the primary AFS/ALS/DHL supplier of many local OEMs, such as SGM, FAW, SAIC, GAC, CHANA, GWM and BAIC.
Functions
Our system can be customized to provide the following functions:
•  Various passing beam patterns
   â™¦  Country light (Class C): Basic passing beam
   â™¦  Motorway light (Class E): Leveling both headlamps upward
   â™¦  Town light (Class V ): turns left headlamp leftward and downward
   â™¦  Bad-weather light (Class W): turns both headlamp outboard and downward, reduces glare to oncoming drivers
•  Bending Mode：the beam patterns switch accordingly with vehicle speed and steering angle
•  Static leveling：automatically adjusts headlamp pitch angle according to static vehicle load transfer (occupant numbers, luggage)
•  Dynamic leveling：automatically adjusts headlamp pitch angle according to dynamic vehicle load transfer (acceleration，deceleration)
