 Brief Introduction of Yinlong Single Sphere Rubber Joint The rubber flexible epansion joints are designed for piping systems to absorb pipe movements, relieve stress, reduce system noise/vibration, and compensate for misalignment/offset and to protect rotating mechanical equipment against start-up surge forces.

• With high resistance of acid, alkali, oil, and electrolytic
• Media: chemical/petrochemical, marine, power generation, pulp/paper, steel mills and water/wastewater treatment.
• Inside diameter range can be from 1” to 160” (25mm to 4000mm)
• Working pressure can be 6bar/10bar/16bar/25bar, or higher.
• Flange drilling standard includes: ANSI, JIS, DIN, BS, EN, GB or others in provided drawings.
• Flange can be coated with epoxy paint (Blue and Grey color)
• Limited tie rod can be added as your requirements; this structure can be fixed on the connected pipeline tightly and easily.
