ApplicationThis machine is mainly suitable for cleaning precision castings and forgings and the small work pieces after heat treatment or parts subject to collision.
 
Main structure
This machine includes the cleaning room,turntable, impeller head, hoister, separator.
Working principle
The  cleaning room is  steel plate welded structure, with high wear-resisting material plate and multi-layer sealing rubber sheet, in case the steel shots throwing outside. Rotary table is made of friction wheel transmission, with simple and compact structure. The upper of chamber is equipped with two different angles impeller head. so it is in the best position to clean work pieces , in order to improve the utilization rate of the steel shots. The shots on the turntable will be conveyed to the bottom of the elevator. The shots by the bucket elevator are  lifted  to the upper machine. The mixture of dust and shots will be conveyed to the separator. After the separation, the steel shots will be into the store pill bucket to recycle.
