5. The machine with two levels of dust collector cyclone and thefilter cartridge,the dust emission concentration is lower than the emission standards, improve the working conditions of the workers.
Main structure and working principle
Main structure
This machine  includes the cleaning room, impeller head,elevator , separator, helical conveyor, feeding machine ,gate, pneumatic supplying shots valve , cyclone dust collector, cartridge filter r and control cabinet, etc. 
Working principle
Firstly ,put the work piece into the skip bucket, then the feeding machine loads the work pieces in to the cleaning room. Door is closed and machine starts. The work pieces to be cleaned will be flip continuously and evenly by the rubber track drive .The steel shots throwing high- speed from the impeller head will form the  fan-shaped beam to evenly on the surface, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Cleaning work finishes, the door opened, the rubber track began to reverse , and the work piece is automatically discharged . The steel shots thrown will fall into the bottom of steel plate through the evenly arranged holes in the rubber tracks, and the steel plate will screen the lager particles, then the steel shots and tiny steel shots will fall into the screw conveyor under steel plate screen, which are fed into the elevator, the elevator will lift the shots to the shot-sand separator , the dust will be filtrated by the bag filter, the cleaning air is pumped into the atmosphere, the collect box must be cleaned regularly cleared. The lager particles and mixture will fall in to the cleaning room, the cleaning steel shots will fall in the impeller head to blast shots.
